Kankarwa Haveli is one of the best Heritage Hotels situated on Lake Pichola at Udaipur overlooking the Lake Palace. Constructed in between the years 1832 and 1840, the Kankarwa Haveli is family owned and is situated at a distance of 60 kilometers from the main Udaipur city. Earlier Kankarwa Haveli was a well established Home and later it has been converted into best Heritage Hotel. Kankarwa Haveli has a main location in the heart of the Old City. It is directly on the coast of Lake Pichola, where the water tours under its windows and against its walls. Hotel Kankarwa Haveli as the name suggests is an Old Haveli transferred Hotel which respites on the edge of serene Lake Pichola. Only five minutes walk will take you to the City Palace. Soft cream-colored walls are emphasized by Jewel tones of blossoming bougainvillea. Greenery is displayed in the lovely courtyard and on all levels of the haveli.  Restaurant: The family kitchen is located on the roof where breakfast is served every day for guests only, between 7.30 am and 11 am. A menu of Indian and continental foods is available. This is a vegetarian house, with eggs the only exception. If clients choose, they may request lunch, which will be served at 1 pm or dinner by candlelight at 8 pm.

All requests must be made in time for these special preparations. Beverages are available at all times in the Kankarwa Haveli. Besides mineral water, coffee, tea and soft drinks may be ordered.
